The Basics. One of the most asked questions we get at the shop is “how do I brew loose leaf tea?” We aim to make drinking high quality loose leaf tea accessible to any one that wants it. No, you don’t need fancy equipment or a special hot water dispenser. All it takes is approximately 1 tsp of loose leaf tea per cup (6-8oz) of water, and a few moments to sit, reflect, and wait for your tea to do it’s thing.
